Prabhu Deva’s wife approaches court

It was bound to happen. Prabhu Deva’s estranged wife Ramlath has approached the family court in Chennai today morning (Oct 4) “for the restitution of her conjugal rights”. Ramlath, in her petition has squarely blamed Nayanthara, who during the making of Villu got close to her husband.

In her petition Ramlath made it clear that Prabhu Deva had stopped coming to their house and has also neglected his children. She urged the court to intervene and ask Prabhu Deva to live with her. Ramlath also stated in her petition that Nayanthara has been spreading false rumours that she had offered her Rs 3.85 crore and jewellery worth Rs 85 lakhs to divorce Prabhu Deva.
