The Synopsis
There is a remote village where people are dying with some unknown diseases. The village priest predicts that a saviour will arrive to safeguard the village.
Then a series of flashbacks, as told to Babjee (Sunil), show Alluri SitaRama Raju (Mahesh) a taxi driver who has to hand over insurance cheque to a family. He comes across Subhashini (Anushka) and both of them get on well together. Raju gets to meet Siddha (Shafi) who is

When Raju lands up in the village he is treated like a god-sent saviour. He has to deal with industrialist GK’s (Prakash Raj) and his evil designs. The rest of the story deals with the complications of the pre-climax leads and how Raju overcomes them.
The Performances
Mahesh Babu is electifying and essays his role with consummate ease. As his foil, Anushka does well. Prakash Raj is his usual self. Subbaraju and Rao Ramesh acquit themselves well. Tanikella Bharani and

Kota are good. Brahmanandam, Sunil, Dharmavarapu Subramanyam, Ali, Raghubabu and MS Narayana get along nicely with their respective witty roles. All others fit their roles.
The Techniques
The story is simple but narrated with innovation and presented attractively. The screenplay holds the interest of the viewers. The dialogues are meaningfull and witty with adequate punch. Music is exhilarating. Choreography is appealing. Action sequences are absorbing. Cinematography is vibrant. Technical and production values are high.

Trivikram proves that he is one of the best in the business. Mahesh carries the movie on his able shoulders and makes Khaleja worth watching.
