Murugadas movie with Surya -Shruti Haasan

Lady Luck seems to be smiling on Murugadas these days. His wife delivered a girl baby recently, making him a proud father for the second time. “Our first child was a boy and we wanted a girl this time. I should thank God for blessing us with a baby girl,” he says.
Talking about his next venture, the director says he has approached Shruti Haasan for his upcoming film with Suriya under Udhayanidhi’s production. “For me, Shruti would fit the role of the girl I have in mind. People say she has moved to Mumbai for better prospects. But she is impressed with my script and I am confident that she will soon sign on the dotted line.
