BackTamanna following Kareena?

Current teenage heartthrob Tamanna is reprising Kareenas role from the successful Jab We Met in its tamil remake. Corporate company Moser Baer is the producer. Titled Kandein Kadhalai, this film is being directed by Kannan, erstwhile associate of creative director Mani Rathnam.

Tamanna is saying that she saw the original more than ten times so far since she is incidentally a huge fan of Kareena Kapoor. While reprising the role in tamil, she is avoiding experimentation of any kind and is just reenacting Kareenas performance. Since the tamil film hasnt changed any story or character aspect, she is finding it a huge advantage just copying Kareena.

Bharat is playing Shaahids character.

Shashirekha Parinayam in telugu, starring Genelia and Tarun, directed by Krishna Vamshi was a close remake of Jab We Met.
